  Needed new dog food for my elderly dog. (specialty diet) had a very long list of approved food from the vet and a very large overwhelming section of dog food. Overwhelmed, I asked a staff member working in fish department for help. They didn’t hesitate, understood my anxiety about what to choose and why, and calmly helped me make my choice. My dogs are 13 and have eaten the same thing since they came home. Thank you.

  A pet was adopted under fraudulent activity in my name. Using my name as the doctor and all of my information when I called, they said there was nothing they could do about it to contact corporate. Letting me know that their adoption process did not do their job to verify identity.

  They gave me hell for my dogs proof of shots. He was wearing an up to date tag and i provided photos of his shot records from October 2025. But still said it wasn’t sufficient because some fields were blank. How was i supposed to know what should be filled out, the humane society did them and provided that proof. Bottom line is i feel like they were purposely trying to be unhelpful. It was a simple 5 minute nail trim. Thats it. SMH

  Didn’t get her name because she was trying to hide it but she made it known she was a manager. Was very rude and had a nasty attitude all because I’m asking her different type of questions about a specific item. It don’t hurt to be kind to people, never know what their going through. Please do better especially as a manager.
