  Didn’t get her name because she was trying to hide it but she made it known she was a manager. Was very rude and had a nasty attitude all because I’m asking her different type of questions about a specific item. It don’t hurt to be kind to people, never know what their going through. Please do better especially as a manager.

  I had an appointment 5/6/26 was on time. The groomer began to check the pup in, asked age , I replied 5 mos old, she said to young for full groom. I declined mini svc, she abruptly walked off with attitude. Ashley nasty unprofessional, I spoke with mgr she wasn't any better. I've frequently read/heard bad reviews of Petco, now I believe them. Will never do any business with them.

  I went to buy food for my dog and cat this morning, it was going to total to about 90 dollars. When I got to the cashier, Jennifer recommended me the auto shipping so I could save money. She was kind and very helpful while helping me set up my account. She always has a good attitude and willingness to help customers. The store is tidy as always, and the customer service is amazing too!

  ⭐ Petco – Quick, Honest Review ⭐ Well my dog got to eat! This Petco is not so tiny, tucked‑away spot 🏚️➡️🐶 that you’ll miss if you blink — the sign is small and the store sits kinda hidden. The parking setup is weird 🚗🤨 but at least there’s plenty of spaces so you’re not fighting anyone for a spot 🙌. Inside, it’s your classic Petco vibe — pricey food and accessories 💸🐕‍🦺💳 but honestly the variety is great 🐾🦴🐟. From treats to toys to tanks, they’ve got options for every creature. Overall: big store, odd parking, big selection, typical Petco prices 😅🐾✨

  Uninformed staff. I had a vet appt and accidentally drove to this location. When I got to this location the lights were off at the vet office (literally right next door to the groomers) so I asked one of the groomers where the vet was and she said it’s not her department she doesn’t know. I had to go to the front counter and then I was informed the vet for this store is a mobile vet that only takes appointments on Saturdays. Today is Thursday. I understand it’s not the groomers department but you should at least be able to tell a customer that the vet is only open on Saturdays -_- Would have saved me a lot of time.
