He went there for the first time today to get a bath and walk on the hydro-treadmill, and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Super refreshing! I think they will be very successful in the Colony Place town center in Charlotte. I would definitely recommend checking it out, and the early bird membership price can't be beat!

Both of my dogs are pretty big and can get a little nervous with grooming, but the staff was so kind and patient with them and worked hard to make sure they’re comfortable. My dogs left out of there so much more relaxed and happy! Everyone is super friendly, efficient, and clearly puts a lot of care into what they do. I also love that they offer hydrotherapy, it’s such a neat addition to their membership! I’m so glad to have found them and would definitely recommend Groomaroo! 🐶😊
