I had a drop off appointment today at 7:30, was told that I would receive a call from The doctor with an update. That never happened. I called at noon and was told oh the doctor is wrapping up with a patient and will call as soon as they are done. That didn’t happen. I went to the location at 1 and when I entered was ignored by all three women who were standing at the front desk. After I said hello they put a finger up and said they needed a minute, terribly rude. When they deigned to provide service, I was told the doctor tried to call at 10 but couldn’t get through. When I called at 12, the woman I spoke to acted as though they had no information. They delayed testing for an ear infection because they couldn’t contact me and couldn’t figure out how to try calling again. My money is just as green as any other customer, so I don’t understand this subpar service. Do better.

I've been calling all day for an update and their phones are switched to off. Further more I get to their office at 230pm and as it currently stands im still in the office waiting for them to finish up with my dog. Its 4pm. This is ridiculous.

I called to ask for advice was told the only way they could help is to wait and schedule a appointment for a day the other vet will be there she wouldn’t give me any advice or acknowledgment on anything!(with his breathing condition traveling is just to much for him without knowing he’ll get help) and was disconnected so I did some research and have been trying to get back with them to see if it’s safe to stop the dosage and now am left with a automated message saying it’s Sunday and they’re closed all day…it’s Friday 2pm.. they’re open.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
