  Came in with my dog who just got injured. Was told they were booked up for the day and could not accept him. There was one other person in the lobby and the two staff members manning the front desk weren't exactly in a hurry... Anyway my dog is fine. We found someone who could take him. I had a bad experience with this place and would not personally reccomend them.

  Update: I find out after looking at my credit card statement that they put a charge on my cc: statement. After a call to their office, they said it was a mistake and the charge was credited to my account. They should have called about the mistake to see if I wanted it refunded rather than crediting an account that I have no intention of ever using. I signed on to the Banfield Wellness Plan for the teeth cleaning and heartworm prevention plan. It seemed like a decent deal for my newly adopted 2 year-old dog. His initial appt at this location was the first red flag, but I gave it a pass as a one-off bad day for them. We arrived early, sat in the lobby for a while before they put us in a room. I can't remember how long we sat in that room, but we were in there for a while. I will add that my dog was very nervous and agitated. This was all new to him. They forgot we were in there. Had I not stepped out to get an ETA, there is no telling how long we would have sat there. Six months later he got his teeth cleaned. The Wellness plan provides the bare-minimum with the cleaning. You have to pay extra for procedures that you might normally get at a regular clinic; thus the initial price difference. In any case, he got through that okay. Fast forward to today, his first appt since his teeth cleaning. I scheduled an appt several days ahead for my dog to be seen for some issues he was having and wanted to get some x-rays. We arrived about 5 min early. After a brief sit in the lobby we were put in a room. After about 30 min a tech or receptionist (not sure which) popped her head in to tell me we were next to be seen...and she only did that because I asked her to make sure they don't forget we're in there. We ended up sitting in that room for an hour before I finally stepped out and asked when he would be seen. The young lady goes to the back and then eventually comes in to tell me there is still one person ahead of me, which was contrary to what I was told earlier. That place is a hot-mess! The Wellness Plan might seem like a good deal at first, but if you want the best for your pet, you will get nickeled and dimed with add-ons...and the "deal" is not worth the chaos of that clinic. I am usually pretty forgiving, but after what I have seen, I would only trust their vets for the basics, like shots, etc. I can't believe I allowed them to even clean his teeth.

  Been a costumer here for years. Overall I’ve had good experiences up until today. My favorite receptionist wasn’t here. She’s my favorite because of the hospitality and care she’s always showed. ( Kai hope I spelled that right !! ). The receptionist here today wasn’t quite as nice. She had brought up dental cleaning, I had asked some questions. Overall she just made me feel stupid for asking questions, her attitude was not it. I had to leave as I couldn’t handle it anymore. Also the hours online do not match posted hours on the door.

  Vet is good. Reception is not. This location is too busy and acts accordingly. They say things that dont make sense which is concerning as we dont want our vet clinics to lie! Just had the phone put down on me by Maria while I was saying goodbye. She also informed me that I can go to any other Banfield.... great job maria

  BENFIELD is great for my Shestie! Dr Morgan is one of the best vets I have ever had in my 65 years! She is compassionate and caring for my cat and treats all pets like they are their own! A+++++
