Would give zero stars if I could. Their availability is pathetic. They only try and push drop off appointments which consists of dropping the dog off early and picking him up in the later afternoon. I was told my dog was overdue for a comprehensive exam in August, which I pay for as a part of their wellness plan, but they couldn’t see me until October unless I was willing to drop my 11 year old dog off at 8AM for a 3PM pick up. All while the dog is sitting in the crate, not getting the proper amount of bathroom breaks or water. Absolutely pathetic standard of care.

I could not allow the month to end without sharing me and my Furbaby's absolute last visit and reasons for the cancellation of his Wellness Plan after 2years. His visit was to be simple, nail trim and a shot. He takes the Chill Protocol because he doesn't like either and it makes the whole visit less traumatizing. First, I could tell that the dr didn't seem comfortable due to my Furbaby being a large breed (Rotti), she advised that she was giving him more meds because he didn't go under right after the first shot. Okay... after he did go under, that's normally when they would take him to the back and then call me in about 2 hours for me to come and pick him up. NOPE... Two people, (one being the Dr. who by the way NEVER even introduced herself to me or advised that she would be giving him his care for the day) that I had never seen before, and who were not on his original Care Team. The other cut his nails and one too deep, she left his nails so ridged and sharp that once we got home, I had to file them down myself to keep him from scratching me and himself up. Keep in mind, I was still in the room the whole time. Once he went under, I was about to leave, and the dr asked me to stay and be by his head?? WHAT? BUT OKAY.. She gave his shot and then in less than 10 minutes, administered 2 additional shots to rush him to wake up while squeezing/pinching his meat in between his toes to get a reaction. She then told me to be overly obnoxious towards him by yelling and shaking him to get him to awake. By this point I must say that I was taken back from this approach and could only imagine how this was making my Furbaby feel being that she said he could hear everything. I stayed in the room with him for over 40 minutes and then final advised the front staff that I would be back shortly and to call me when he woke up. I never received that call and returned about 35 minutes later to see my Furbaby barely able to stand or walk straight, yet they were insistent on him being ready to leave. I asked no more questions as I slowly lead my Furbaby out while the girl at the front desk acted as if she didn't even see us. Once I got him home, I immediately called back and asked for the manager, who wasn't available at the time, so I fully advised front desk of how displeased I was during and after his visit and shared everything that is listed in this review. Tomorrow is the end of the month, and I still have never heard back from anyone in this office. I drove over an hour each way for 2 years to entrust the care of my Furbaby to an office who couldn't/wouldn't even give me 2 minutes to listen and or address to my concerns. Not to mention that if I had known his original Care Team has left and would not be providing his care, we would have left with them! That should be informed before any and all services. I know I would not make an appointment with my Dr. and then let the receptionist provide my care; that's just poor management plain and simple.

I came today for an appointment for my large/medium dog and almost as soon as I got there it started POURING. i had my infant with me so I tried to wait it out but it kept getting worse. I called the store to ask for a reschedule but rather Abby from the desk came to my car in the terrible weather and helped me get my dog so that I could get my baby. It was so unexpected and kind!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
