- MCMeagan churchOct 7, 20261.0I'm not sure at wait point it became professional for you to just pick up and place people on hold without saying a greeting and then I need to place you on hold for a brief moment but it is very unprofessional. Seems like communication and customer service isnt a strong suit for you all. Even when you go in for an appt no one knows anything. Please do better
- MKMichael KongSep 30, 20261.00 stars made an appointment and said they couldn't fit it in when I got here unprofessional and useless
- RBroselyn bagbySep 23, 20265.0Compared to my first visit at Rivergate Pineville Was awesome From the time I came in until the time I left, the service was great. I felt that Cash had the greatest service he could possibly get.
- PPPeter (PJ)Sep 1, 20261.0Every single time I go I either have to wait for an hour after my appointment time to be seen, or I drop my dog off and have to wait an hour or even 2 after the pickup time to get my dog. There have been days where I dont get my dog until an hour after they close. I paid for the care plan and am canceling it right away. It is so unacceptable. I dont even want to add up how many hours of my time this place has wasted.
- LOLisa OtoudeAug 19, 20265.0Banfield Pet Hospital at Rivergate has the best staff that I've experienced in the 15 years that my dog has been a patient of Banfield. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone shows such great care and compassion for my dog. The doctors are exceptional and I value their expertise and recommendations. I always look forward to my dog's preventive visits because I know that he will receive the best care!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
