  I don’t understand what’s going on with this bank and its managers. I contacted Mariam to open a business account, but she provided absolutely no help with the process. She refused to provide me with any information and even declined my request to print out the list of documents required to open a business account. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Once again, this has been a very disappointing experience for me.

  I love Banfield! Chihauhaus are not known for being people dogs but ours tolerates the staff well and I tease that one is his girlfriend as he gladly goes to her without hesitation! Oh and they do nails. And he lets them. Good thing as the groomer does want him back! LOL! Chihauhaus!

  I’ve trusted this clinic for years, but something has gone seriously wrong here. They now close randomly, rarely answer the phones, and doctors aren't showing up. I brought my dog in for an urgent follow-up for nerve damage caused by an antibiotic they gave her a month ago. The doctor was "too busy" to see her, and staff simply handed me a Post-it note with a number to call the drug manufacturer myself. It is incredibly dangerous to abandon a loyal patient facing a severe medical issue. Unreliable, unprofessional, and heartbreakingly reckless. Avoid this place.

  This review is for all of Banfield Pet Hospitals in the Charlotte area. Rae Rd was the only one I could get into today. All seem understaffed with actual vets. At Rae Rd, the vet is in surgery all day and would get to see my cat who is having mild issues, but issues nonetheless, between surgery patients. Why don’t you have another vet for day to day vet visits? I have an optimal wellness plan and yet, every time lately that I go in, I’m up charged for added options. Today ALL I wanted was my cat to be examined and given appropriate counsel. The front desk staff are certainly in a bind dealing with the public, but can give no idea of when my pet will be seen. It’s now been three hours. I live 30 minutes away from this location—was told to just walk around—they’ll see your pet shortly. I have been with Banfield for over 15 years. Service has declined greatly. I’ll be looking for another vet.

  I don't do reviews very often, but this one got me infuriated. My dog had been with banfield for 13 years. We are on the optimal wellness plan that goes year by year. This one started in October 2025. my dog passed away in February and when I called to cancel, they made me pay the remaining balance for the year. Please never use this company. I had to pay over $400 after the passing of my dog. Just shows you how much they care.
