- GLGeorge LochenOct 1, 20261.0I was unimpressed with this location, overpriced, and confused associates. Had their hand out for payment before services were rendered and really didn’t get the compassionate feeling for the pet. Never saw the doctor, never given a receipt of services .Took 30 minutes to get checked out. Way expensive for what services rendered considering the situation where trauma appeared to have happened at the groomer with noticeable swelling. Never received a follow-up call to see how the dog was . Finally misdiagnosed and the dog is still not well, so I took him to my regular vet today. Pretty pathetic.
- CCCristineSep 22, 20261.0Worst experience ever with Emily for check in. I have been a customer for years and no longer will be coming back.
- LALeo AlvarezAug 11, 20265.0Staff and Doctors are very nice and professional
- CRChristine RobertsAug 10, 20264.0The staff and doctor are great. I had a room visit and they let me hold lily so she wouldn't get ugly. The only issue i have is how much money I spend every time, even though I pay MONTHLY for optimist wellness
- CKChris KrajewskiAug 8, 20265.0Very happy with the expert care our cat received here. We brought our cat who was not eating. Dr Deporres did some tests and found our cat had pancreatitis. Thanks to his work we took our cat to an overnight animal hospital where they diagnosed the cat with severe pancreatitis. Our cat recovered but may not have without quick testing and treatment in the beginning of his illness.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
