- CKChris KrajewskiAug 8, 20265.0Very happy with the expert care our cat received here. We brought our cat who was not eating. Dr Deporres did some tests and found our cat had pancreatitis. Thanks to his work we took our cat to an overnight animal hospital where they diagnosed the cat with severe pancreatitis. Our cat recovered but may not have without quick testing and treatment in the beginning of his illness.

We waited in the exam room for nearly 50 minutes, causing unnecessary stress for our cat. Communication was poor, and the pricing was not transparent. During our first visit, we paid for a veterinary exam, but the veterinarian did not discuss our cat's condition or review the examination findings with us. At our follow-up booster vaccination visit, another veterinary exam fee was added to the bill without being explained in advance. Because of this, we declined the service and left. In addition, the Visit Summary from our first appointment was incomplete, and I had to return to have important information corrected. We also were not provided with documentation confirming our cat's vaccinations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I contacted Mariam to open a business account, but she provided absolutely no help with the process. She refused to provide me with any information and even declined my request to print out the list of documents required to open a business account. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Once again, this has been a very disappointing experience for me.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
