  Klassy had her very first introductory grooming appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, Karley, the Wellness Technician, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our puppy in their care. A special thank you to Mond, our groomer, who did an amazing job with Klassy. As a puppy, this was her first grooming experience, so it was important to us that it be a positive one. Mond was patient, gentle, and clearly treated Klassy with genuine care and affection. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely adorable—clean, polished, and still very much like herself. The trim around her face was perfect, and you could tell she had been handled with kindness throughout the appointment. What stood out most was the love and attention Klassy received. She wasn’t treated like just another appointment; she was treated like a valued little client. Seeing the bond Mond formed with her during such a short visit gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. Thank you, Karley and Mond, for making Klassy’s first grooming experience such a wonderful one. We are looking forward to many more visits in the future! 🐾💜

  I absolutely LOVE Well Groomed Pets!! My pup, Zara, has only been twice (once for her first puppy bath and again for her first official cut) and let me tell you…..Mon is absolutely amazing! Words could never describe how special she is. She is always so caring and gentle with Zara; allowing Zara to fully warm up before she does anything with her; even if it takes hours. And I can truly appreciate the fact that she doesn’t rush the services with the pups. She works on their time and their comfort level. Who could ask for better care? Especially from a groomer. They send pictures and updates during the session and everything! Then, omg! Zara came out of that appointment like a brand new pup! She was sooooo adorable!! “A great groomer” doesn’t even describe Mon accurately enough. We love it here!

  Good price and great service! My dogs coat has never stayed as soft and smooth as it has since his last visit here. This is our new regular spot to take him for grooming!

  A newly established business that is sure to be a big success. Mone, the owner, went out of her way to groom my anxiety ridden, not so friendly toy poodle. I highly recommend this clean and friendly establishment for all your dog grooming needs.
