Our de-matting service provides gentle and effective removal of knots and tangles, bringing your pet’s coat back to its natural, beautiful condition. Matting can cause discomfort, pulling on the skin and potentially leading to irritation or infection, so our skilled groomers take special care to ease out mats with minimal stress to your pet. Pricing is based on the time needed to safely remove mats, starting at $15 for 15 minutes. This service is perfect for pets with coats prone to tangling. Keep your pet’s coat healthy, smooth, and mat-free by adding de-matting to any grooming session.

What a fantastic job they did with my puppy! This was her first time at a groomer and they worked with me to find the right treatment and approach to making her comfortable. They were so patient and kind. And my pup looks absolutely adorable!

Klassy had her very first introductory grooming appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, Karley, the Wellness Technician, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our puppy in their care. A special thank you to Mond, our groomer, who did an amazing job with Klassy. As a puppy, this was her first grooming experience, so it was important to us that it be a positive one. Mond was patient, gentle, and clearly treated Klassy with genuine care and affection. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely adorable—clean, polished, and still very much like herself. The trim around her face was perfect, and you could tell she had been handled with kindness throughout the appointment. What stood out most was the love and attention Klassy received. She wasn’t treated like just another appointment; she was treated like a valued little client. Seeing the bond Mond formed with her during such a short visit gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. Thank you, Karley and Mond, for making Klassy’s first grooming experience such a wonderful one. We are looking forward to many more visits in the future! 🐾💜
