I do not recommend this place at all. Since day one all they have been trying to do was add additional charges of unnecessary services. We had Dr. Taylor take a look at our baby. Lack of professionalism. Talking to me as if I was her friend. No care in the world is my baby is sick or not. Finally, few hours after my baby left this world. During those hours, no call. No notice. Just 4 hrs of absolute nothing. Please do not come here. I can not let another pet have this same experience.

Last night, our family cat passed away. We had a veterinary appointment at noon (12:00 PM) at Vetco Total Care , where we met the attending veterinarian for the first time. However, the veterinarian displayed an overall lack of professionalism and empathy. Throughout the examination, her indifferent and detached attitude made it difficult for us, as pet owners, to feel any sense of trust. At that time, our cat was not in perfect health, but did not appear to be in an immediately life-threatening condition. The veterinarian advised us to leave the cat for further examination, stating it would take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. However, we did not receive any update even after the expected time had passed, and we had to call the clinic ourselves. Only then were we told to return at 4:00 PM. As a result, our cat remained at the clinic for more than 3.5 hours. When we returned to pick up our cat, the situation was far more serious than expected. The veterinarian had not performed even a basic oral examination and was unable to locate a vein, which meant that blood testing could not be conducted. In other words, it appeared that little to no meaningful examination or treatment had been completed. Only at that point—after more than 3.5 hours—did the veterinarian inform us that the condition was critical and advised us to go to an emergency clinic immediately. We rushed our cat to an urgent care facility, but despite our efforts, our cat suffered from respiratory distress and ultimately passed away. We believe that if more prompt and appropriate judgment and action had been taken earlier, the outcome might have been different. Our family is deeply shocked and grieving from this loss. If there had been more responsible and timely care during the initial visit, we may have at least had the chance to spend a little more time with our beloved cat in its final moments. We strongly believe that those who work in medical care—especially those responsible for lives—must possess not only professional competence, but also a basic level of responsibility and empathy. Without these qualities, no one should be entrusted with the care of life.

Very disappointed in new vet who was hired named Dr. Schneider. She’s a total vaccine pusher and my puppy just had his third puppy shot and she tried to tell me he will need six more boosters. She’s insane and seems to be right out of college. I was just on the phone with my old vet out of state and she said those boosters are totally unnecessary. My appointment today was 3:30 and vet didn’t come I’m room until 4:45pm which was very unprofessional to leave us waiting, She also told me I wasn’t feeding my dog the correct dog food and I buy him all natural dog food from family owned company that was recommended my my breeder friend who has 25 years breeding experience and shows his miniature Schnauzer all over the country including Westminster dog show. Today was the worst experience of my life time and I’ve owned five dogs and this Schneider is a horrible veterinarian! I will never go back and now only go to Holly Springs.
