- SKSrinathreddy KandiAug 22, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco grooming location. I arrived on time for my dog’s appointment, but the manager, KC, was rude and made me wait outside before letting me in. Once inside, KC told me they couldn’t do a haircut because of “too many mats” and that only a vet with a razor could handle it. The very next day I took my dog to a different groomer, and they had no trouble giving a full haircut. The mats were minor and easily managed. This shows Petco wasted my time and gave me incorrect information. KC’s attitude was unprofessional, and I won’t be returning for grooming services here. Pet owners deserve respectful treatment and honest assessments, not dismissive behavior.
