  Very well kept petco. The fish tanks were very clean and even some of the workers remembered me! Will be my main petco from now on.

  We had such a wonderful experience with Petco Groomer Coco! KLASSY can be a little particular about who she feels comfortable with, so I always pay attention to her body language. Coco immediately made her feel safe, calm, and cared for. That alone meant so much to me. KLASSY came home smelling absolutely amazing, her coat was incredibly soft, and her haircut was beautifully done. You can tell Coco takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys caring for the pets she grooms. I was initially a little hesitant because it was a busy salon, but the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional, and Coco’s gentle demeanor really stood out. We’ll definitely be requesting Coco again. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my little girl! — Proud mom of KLASSY 🩷🐾

  The groomers were very sweet and kind, but the quality of the wash wasn't the same as I received at another Petco location. My puppy still smelled like dog right after a bath and still his face looked untouched with eye crud as well. Not happy with the service and will not return to this particular location. I actually did call the store that same day to discuss the situation. I was told I would receive a follow up phone call by Monday. However, there was no follow up from Petco. It's been 2 weeks...still no return phone call from Petco. I also no longer see my original post. $55 may not be a lot to some, but it is a lot to me and I don't appreciate wasting money.

  I have to leave a review! Ariel was so helpful, professional and friendly! There was only one cashier, and she helped everyone efficiently and with a pleasant smile! I was third in line and didn’t mind waiting. Ariel helped an older gentleman and answered his questions fully. The next customer had questions about pricing. She did everything she could to explain the pricing and even checked with management. She was very kind in her words and demeanor in what was an awkward situation. Next she helped me with a special coupon deal and answered all my questions. What a joyful experience. The only way it could have been better was if there were kittens to play with while you wait! Customer service isn’t always easy and Ariel kept a positive attitude the whole time. Keep up the great work! 😀

  Love this location! I drive an hour because they treat my boys so well! Haircuts always look great and they enjoy it every time. Javiya and Mabel are the best! Would drive 2 hours if I had to. We’ve tried other locations but this one is thee best. Hands down! Great customer service, inventory always stocked, it’s awesome!
