Worst place ever for cats. Vets have no clue about the mind of a cat. Cats are frightened when they go to Banfield, left for hours before they taken out and then expect the cats to be docile and sweet(the cats need two doses of gabapentin before they are ready to be seen) Owners are not allowed to stay with the pets. My two cats have been send back home after three hours and no treatment, on numerous occasions. Monday was the last time, trying to charge me 20$ for telling me my cats are aggressive. All they ever do is tell me how fat they are and how aggressive. My cats are not overweight and my oldest cat is very large and yet they do not take this in consideration. These vets are seriously incompetent for cats and deserve all the one star ratings they get.

They are always helpful and work to make sure they see my pets even when we have an emergency and they are super busy. They stay late and give us thorough care.

I used to think highly of this Banfield location on Ten-Ten Rd. However, they diagnosed our dog with a possible heart problem while he was under anesthesia for a teeth cleaning. I also have concerns that they are cleaning my nearly 12 year old lab's teeth. They informed us after the teeth cleaning that he is too old to get his teeth cleaned. They said nothing when we brought him in for the appt. Anyway, they sent sent us to get an echo. The referral veterinarian they sent us to could not read the results. Banfield could not read the results. Banfield then referred us to two cardiology specialist and they won't use our test results so we wasted $475 getting an echo done and we are no closer to a solution then when they said he may have a heart condition. I have sent multiple emails to Banfield headquarters and they said they referred it to a local director. We have yet to hear from anyone(local director or veterinarian)about reimbursing or crediting us our $475 we wasted on a referral from them. Do not go to this location unless you are getting basic care for your pet and question everything.

They're friendly and take very good care of your pets, but they're really not good at paperwork. Always make mistakes pet B.D. or vaccination expirations. I had to use Banfield to get a medical records to transfer my pets overseas. They couldn't organize documents, and making a lot of mistakes gave me so much stress.

It's a hike, but we drive all the way from Wilson's Mills just to see Dr. Sullivan. She has helped give one of my old kitties more time with me. The staff here have also been top notch, returning phone calls, getting us meds, answering concerns for all four fur babies. 10/10.
