  Been going here for 3 years bringing my amazing 2 cats they treat them like royalty always come back with a smile amazing place would recommend

  I love this place and everyone is so kind and supportive. I took my puppy because she decided to try and eat some bees and also a kitten that was only a few days old and without hesitation they took her in. This is the only place I will take my fur babies!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary Jane’s veterinary team. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel how much they truly care about animals and the people who love them. They always take the time to listen, answer questions, and never make you feel rushed. Their compassion, kindness, and dedication shine through in every visit. It is obvious that caring for pets is more than just a job for them—it is their passion. The love and devotion they show to each animal is something special. Knowing that Mary Jane is in the hands of people who genuinely care about her health, comfort, and happiness gives me tremendous peace of mind. If you're looking for a veterinary team that treats your pet like family, I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything you do for Mary Jane and all the animals you care for!

  Dr Anderson is amazing! We have been going to Benson vet for I know 20 years. All our dogs and cats have always gone here. She always takes her time and calls me back when I have questions.

  DONT TAKE SMALL DOGS HERE! I trusted Dr. Anderson and her team with my 4lb Yorkie for what should have been a routine neuter and dental procedure, and it turned into one of the scariest experiences of my life. Not only did they perform a tooth extraction without properly discussing it with me beforehand, but my dog was sent home making obvious abnormal noises that even Dr. Anderson later admitted she noticed before discharge. When I called concerned the next day, I felt completely brushed off instead of taken seriously. Within 24 hours, my dog was rushed to the emergency vet fighting severe pneumonia and on the verge of sepsis. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER! The emergency vet explained this likely happened from aspiration or fluid entering his lungs during the procedure. The proper protocols were not taken during or prior treatment. Had I waited any longer, my dog would not have survived. 3 days in the emergency vet & almost $5,000 later. What upsets me most is that warning signs were there, yet nobody asked to reevaluated him or acted concerned when I called, and in fact, seemed to laugh it off as my dog is small and dramatic. A healthy dog went in for a routine surgery and came out critically ill with thousands spent in emergency medical bills. . I believe whole heartedly that there was error on her behalf, that has now caused my family and i significant financial burdens that at first Dr Anderson was willing to help pay for, and now i can’t get a response. Beyond this incident, the overall professionalism and care at this office has been disappointing even prior to this. Dr. Anderson seems to just be going through the motions, when people are trusting her the lives of their pets.
