  I took my little Yorkie poo here bc I had heard great things and I am a single mom on a budget. She slept most of yesterday evening and this morning I noticed that she wouldn’t even walk without trying to lick and had multiple areas of horrible razor burns and some cutes around her vulva and area. I can already see them turning into hot spots & a visit. Sure I got $68 dollars back but that isn’t worth how uncomfortable she is. I have never had this happen. Why would you even shave that close? Sure she had a few mats on her lower legs but nothing close to where they were shaving. We will never be using the grooming services at Petco again. This place is proof that you get what you pay for.

  I absolutely love this Petco on Brevard Road! The employees are so wonderful and helpful! There's a few items that I I can find less expensive but I like the selection variety at Petco.

  Store had products listed online is available but in store was not. Cashier was not friendly at all, to the point of making me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I will not be returning to Petco. Between the extremely high over priced items and lack of reflecting the stores true product availability and rude associates, I will be taking my money else where. There is tons of places that have way better prices and way better associates. Don't have to sacrifice a nice shopping trip on such a money hungry happiness deprived store

  I appreciate the genuine friendliness of the staff here. They typically have everything I need for my reptile friends in stock, and their rewards program actually pays you back. 🥰
