I walked in expecting to not be greeted due to the lack of customer service nowadays but to my surprise a little bubble blonde brunette girl welcomed me in, at the register she had very nice customer service. I will be returning!
- JPJennifer PettaJul 28, 20261.0This was my first time here, but I’ve been to Petsmart and many other private groomers so I have to warn ALL doodle owners that they will add $40 for a “mandatory” doodle detangle package without any need for one. Because it’s a doodle, you will be charged! Worst part of this is that when you book, no where does it state “mandatory”. It’s actually listed under add-on options. You learn it’s “mandatory” upon pick up when you’re forced to pay it. While the groomer did a good job, this practice is deceitful and just plain bad business!!! State your costs UPFRONT, but you likely don’t as many of us wouldn’t pay your exuberant rates for a dog haircut! Stay away from here as there are too many reputable, non corporate places to take your beloved fur baby.
