- JRJared Russell3 days ago1.0very rushed insensitive treatment of our puppy, don't be fooled by the free first examination. it was very basic and unhelpful.
- JLJames LedfordSep 28, 20262.0First of all the people working there acted like it was not important to help the customer then when they actually did help but I didn't want to catch the fish I wanted... They were floating dead fish looked like the fish had itch or something how I purchased two fish and one already died it cost us about $10 and they didn't even know how to properly tie the bag I traveled 45 minutes to get there because sometimes you have other things that PetSmart doesn't they should be eager to help the customer instead of acting like it's a chore I think they need to be retrained or let go myself maybe get someone more knowledgeable and that is eager to help....
- JSJessica SilversSep 24, 20263.0They had a wide variety of birds and bird products which I was very excited to see. This was my first bird, and I had thankfully done some research on my own because the staff was unfortunately not very knowledgeable and seemed uncomfortable dealing with the birds in general.
- LBLaura BoundsSep 19, 20263.0Good groom for my dog.
