Dr. Cook went above and beyond by reviewing our dog's medical records ahead of time. She spent a lot of time with us, was incredibly thorough in her examination, and gave us a reassuring, detailed breakdown of exactly what symptoms to look for. We are so grateful for her compassionate and professional care during our trip!
- DADade AinsleyJul 14, 20265.0I've been taking my quirky, nervous hound dog Beags to this Banfield for six years just about, and he was in his teens with a chronic, painful situation that wouldn't get better. My parents' dog was also in the same place. They'd been best friends for over ten years, so we wanted them to go together. Dr. Cooke, her nurse Aych, and our IV tech Jeremy helped us through their dual euthanasia. They walked us through the process, made sure my nervous dog was comfortable, and allowed us to stay with our dogs through the entire procedure from start to finish. Our dogs were only separated from each other once. When I got Beags I promised that I'd never, ever let him suffer because I couldn't emotionally handle something -- I was really worried that euthanasia would make his last moments stressful. However, the staff here is Phenomenal. They made every call possible to make this easier on us and them. They deserve all of their flowers and pay raises, too; the reason I've stayed with Banfield is because of the unparalleled quality of this specific staff. They provided Beags phenomenal care into his senior years. So thank you so much, Dr. Cooke, Aych, Jeremy, and the staff that cared for Beeble for the past half decade <3

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
