- RBRobert BrunsonAug 26, 20265.0My wife and I were traveling in Hendersonville for her job. I looked up this Banfield for a follow up to some issues our pet, Jax was having! Called Banfield Sunday on the road and they answered promptly, which was a far cry from our home base Banfield!! The receptionist was very friendly and war, also a day and night difference!! Got Jax an appointment for Monday, NP! Everything about this Banfield was so much different from what we experience at home! Ours used to be this way but not anymore! The vet assistant was so warm and gentle with Jax and the vet was very thorough, which pissed me off even more because, this issued should have been handled at home! So long story short, I keep a list of all the Banfields we come across because Jax is always with us when we travel and Arden is now #2 on the list next to Sanford, NC!!

You made it impossible for me to cancel my dogs plan and when my cat died you told me I couldn’t cancel it because I owed over $400 first because I hadn’t paid into it what I had used. What?!!!! No compassion. You can’t make it right at this point. I already overpaid to cancel and will never trust Banfield again. Your customer service was a bust when I called. They did NOTHING to help me or make it right The worst care my dog has received Their wellness plan is misleading and a rip off Take your pet elsewhere
- TGTina GillespieJul 1, 20265.0I LOVE this place!! My dog is actually registered with 2 places . His 1st original in Brevard, and we go to Banfield when they can't get him in. These guys have a heart of gold . They have never turned us away. Very informative. They ALL LOVE my lil Dakota. They know him by name and we have only been 2x . They are AMAZING!!! And it is in a VERY convenient spot. It's located inside Pet Smart. So after your appmt you can shop for what you need for your baby.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
