- AVAllissa VernonMar 18, 20265.0It was my dogs first time getting a professional groom and Crystal (I think was her name) was amazing. Aurora really liked her and the others in the solon. We will be going back, purely due to the wonderful customer service (she stayed late to groom her to accommodate my busy schedule as a tax office manager, gave me a discount which she certainly didnt need to do, and did a deshedding service and charged me for a regular groom instead this first time), and because Aurora, who I was worried might be traumatized her first time being left somewhere to be poked and prodded, LOVED the people there. I highly recommend this groomer in particular. Ill update this if I find out her name is different. Her groom was yesterday 3/17. Don't mind the crumbs on my couch, that was her post groom snack that she throughly enjoyed.
