  Ellen took such good care of my pups! I brought in my 80 lb 7 year old and 50 lb 1 year old. It was both of their first times at the groomer. She earned their trust quickly when they met by talking to them in the best puppy voice! She took the time to get them cleaner than I think either of them have ever been in their whole lives. It’s now four days later and they still smell so fresh! I will definitely be a return customer and Ellen will be our go to! I loved the cute little grooming report cards she made for them too. They’re going in the scrapbook!

  This is the most disgusting pet store I have ever seen. The animals are very poorly taken care of. During my visit there, there were dead and dying fish including an entire tank of saltwater fish that were belly up and according to the worker not expected to make it through the night. Almost all of the feeder insects were dead and the reptiles seemed to be in poor health. This is one of the saddest most despicable things I have ever witnessed in my life. The employees were nonchalant about that fact that these fish were dying saying “corporate sent them what are we supposed to do” and “we already lost half that shipment of fish, I am surprised they have lived as long as they have.”

  I'd just gotten a new rescue dog and I hadn't had a dog really since childhood and it was a less stressful event when I could take my dog into the store and he could pick out a couple of toys and the staff helped us find a nice harness and collar. It was 95 degrees outside that day and cool in the store and it was good to see other dogs in there.
