  We initially picked up the wrong size crate for our dog and Jim was incredibly helpful in both the return and finding the correct size. He remembered us from before and even asked how I was able to come back without my kids - great employee! Thank you Jim for your wonderful service.

  Animal neglect. No wonder you guys are hiring. No one wants to work for a place that doesn't make it's living stock a priority. Comes across as a bad corporation all together. If corporate really cared they'd transfer someone over to take care of their living stock. Customer's shouldn't ever leave feeling depressed. All your animals look lonely, some look injured (fish), and many look bored. Nothing better for reflecting what Bozeman has become. Start with looking at how it treats it's animals. That's how it treats it's visitors and people in general as well. This place doesn't deserve anywhere near 4 stars overall.

  I love shopping here from morning to midday. The dayshift is very kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Petco has a wonderful selection for all pets, and even an eclectic section for their humans! I also love that they are not afraid to show their lgbtq+ pride!!! However, I shop at Petsmart if I have to make a trip during the evening due to the gentlemen on night shift being very abrupt to the point that it feels like I’m a burden for existing at that moment in their lives. Don’t expect them to lift a finger for you, and if they are knowledgeable I wouldn’t know it, because they certainly won’t share that knowledge with their customers. Sorry to say, but damn. There are so many other things you could be doing if you don’t like your job! Build a life you love and watch the ice melt away.

  I normally go to petsmart but decided to go into petco today. The store is an absolute sham compared to the organization and cleanliness of pet smart.
