  Customer service is outstanding here! I did not understand the boarding cost for my dog (which was still expensive), but the front desk lady was so understanding and pleasant, I still highly recommend Bark City. In addition, the owner even called me 5 minutes later to discuss the boarding cost and explained it to me very well. And the owner was amazing on the phone as her front desk woman. Because of this customer service I give them 5 stars for sure!! The cost of boarding was expensive, because on the website, it doesn’t say you HAVE to pay for an “activity” package, and not just boarding, which I did not understand and therefore found the total price much higher than I first thought. But this was discussed and apparently they are supposed to tell you that when you call to book boarding, which I did not know. Anyway, with the customer service that they provided to me, I definitely give them 5+ stars

  My dog had a wonderful time at Bark City. It was extremely last minute boarding and the team was wonderful about it. I loved that I could chose different pack to enrich the stay of my dog. I got a picture and I could tell she had a lot of fun because she kinda wanted to stay with her new friends. Thank you again Bark City!

  I took my toy poodle here for a groom and I’m never going anywhere else. Tasha was amazing — kind and understanding with my pup’s rough history with groomers. The haircut came out even better than I could have imagined; in my 4 years of taking her to be groomed, I have never been so impressed. My dog looked absolutely adorable (that festive bow 🥰!) and, more importantly, she was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. That means everything.

  They requested vaccine confirmation. 1st day kids weren’t sure since knew place. Second day they ran in to the door for play. Staff was great good judge of temperament.
