PRESCRIPTIONS ARE A NIGHTMARE. my dogs suffer because they never have the same doctor in and they tell you they will be in tomorrow and then they aren't. There are tons of vets here now. GO ELSEWHERE. MY DOG IS HAVING AN ANXIETY ATTACK FROM THUNDER BUT THEY CANT FIND THE DOCTOR WHO CAN REFILL THE SCRIPT. ITS RIDICULOUS. I really hate this place. It's always a ridiculous hassle and no cheaper than a private vet.

I drive 2 hours one way to bring my pet here, my dog is enrolled in a pet wellness plan, Emmy is great, the male that answered phone yesterday for me was rude over phone, I asked what was covered on our plan and he brought up a fecal test available, I said there’s no way I’m bringing in a sample. He said I didn’t say you had to. Dr. White I didn’t vibe well with on our first visit for an initial checkup last week; she didn’t check his ears. Yesterday I came in my dog is in a bit of distress; discomfort I’ve told them both times he’s a chewer god knows what he’s gotten into; he’s got diarrhea and literally bleeding out of his rectum; but all other vitals are fine; but because I initially told them that I have a financial budget, they pushed for a Parvo test; which my dog is 2. I was pretty sure was negative; and it was. Then gave him another initial exam even checked his ears this time told me he has a lot of debris I need to start with cleaning with cotton balls at home, could be an ear infection. Kept repeating how I’m on a financial budget treatment for my dog is limited; However on the Banfield website which I even brought up and the staff clearly had no information regarding what I asked. I mentioned there’s help, I could apply for if I needed to, just please treat my dog. Hope funds on your website is based on medical and financial eligibility; treatment and application must be done at a Banfield location, but yet no one knows about it or even offered; just repeat how I’m in a budget; I had to take my dog out my self let him poop in front of store asked a random stranger to hold him so I could collect his stool: Was pushed antibiotics like any other dr in the US, and hopes that will work; thinking it’s a parasite and I’m sent home pending test results. Out $102, testing I didn’t think he needed; treatment I hope something wasn’t missed; still left feeling same way I felt coming in.

I have gone to multiple Banfield Pet Hospitals all over the country for the past 6 years. After many visits to this one it is by far the worst experiences time and time again that I’ve had. On 12/26/20 I simply called to make sure my pets vaccines are up to date and asked her if she could email them to me, due to my landlord needing them every year. She tells me to use the app or go online. I explain to her the app hasn’t worked for me in the past but that others have emailed to me and that’s what I wanted. She says they are up to date and asks for my address. I tell her I don’t want to update my address due to it changing all the time. She asks again so I have to reiterate myself. She goes silent and I ask if she is still there. She says yes she just can’t get past this part in the computer because I won’t update my address and tells me again that I can use the app or go online. Finally she asks for my email. I give it to her. She says that I shouldn’t expect to get the email for 24 hours or maybe 2 days because they are so busy and only have 1 receptionist. Then proceeds to tell me again with a terrible attitude to just use the app or go online. She wasn’t friendly, she wasn’t helpful, she showed a lack of interest in helping and just wanted to get the conversation over and kept pushing me when I had already explained to her multiple times that I didn’t want to do what she was suggesting. Terrible customer service.

I think everyone is great. They treat me and my pets well and they work with me knowing that I live over 3 hours away!
