  As someone with their own pets and a big heart for animals, this Pet Co location has continued to disappoint me every time I go. My sister and I were in today (4/29) to look around and decided glance at the aquarium side of the store. We walked to the very last tanks closest to the cash register and began looking at the fish available only to see that there were 3-4 tanks that had a cluster of dead fish stuck to the black air vent. Only to make things worse, the cover was open to expose these tanks and on top of said cover was ANOTHER dead fish in the open. To top everything off, there was another dead fish in the floor that I happened to step on because it was in the center of the isle. This isn’t the only experience like this I’ve had. When I realized what had happened, I went to the register to tell one of the employees who explained it as “we get a bunch of them at a time and always lose a few after outing them in the tank.” This I can understand but there’s no way to justify letting them sit there OR for two to be out of their tanks in plain view. At the very least, all animals should be checked every hour or so and the dead fish removed from the tank. SUCH a disappointing and revolting experience.

  Always nice and friendly. They do seem like they need help...often there is no one at the check out counter and you have to wait on them to come up there.

  Went to get feeder rats for snakes and they were out of rats. So, I had to buy more mice and it was really expensive

  Worst experience in my life, I asked for a hair cut on m my dog and all I got was a sloppy job. Then they charged me for a bath and some more stuff when all I wanted was a hair cut for my dog

  They have great deals on subscriptions for dog food. Also, they told me that by me signing up for a subscription that I get 20% off of bath and haircut haircuts for my dog and on the eighth bath Or haircut free. They have a lot of discounts that I didn’t know about. You should check them out.
