  I’ve tried buying live bait here for my lizard on several occasions, and unfortunately the bait has repeatedly been dead or in poor condition. This last experience was enough for me. I had an order delivered, and when it arrived, the live bait was both incorrect and dead. I went to the store to exchange it for the item I actually paid for. The employee I spoke with was rude and tried arguing that I was attempting to exchange it for a different item, even though I had my receipt showing exactly what I purchased and explained that I had been sent the wrong item in the first place. The other employee at the desk was nice enough. She was friendly, but moved extremely slowly and seemed very out of it and unsure of what she was supposed to be doing. The entire interaction was honestly bizarre. Anyway... I was eventually told they didn’t have the item I originally paid for and was given only a partial refund rather than a full refund. I don’t understand why I should lose money when I was sent the wrong item and the bait I received was dead, but by that point I was over the entire situation and just took the refund and left. I went to PetSmart afterward, found exactly what I needed, and their live bait was actually alive. After several bad experiences here, I won’t be purchasing live bait from this location again.

  They truly are for the pets and people! Amazing knowledge and quality products. Great and amazing staff, and phenomenal salon who truly wants whats best for your dog or cat. 10 star!

  My first visit to Petco! Store was clean and in order. I was greeted when I walked in to the store and the lady at the checkout was. Awesome!! The prices beat Pet Smart- I Will be a regular customer in the future!!
