I understand taking care of rats can be messy, but the tanks had so many critters that they were pretty well covered in feces. Not a pocket pet I would want to be taking home. That was as far as I got.

The website gives a set price for different services but once you're inside, the groomers insists additional charges need to be added to complete the service! Ridiculous...I'll take my business elsewhere where they don't have hidden costs

He offered us so much information and answered every one of my questions! And gave us suggestions on how to care for ours, he even has his own, so that was awesome to hear from real experience! Im happy to say that our older hermit seems to be thriving and we are very happy with our new one!
