  Large selection/variety of quality products. Clean and organized throughout the entire store. Employees are readily available if any assistance is needed & they are friendly (not pushy or worrisome like some other places). Prices are slightly higher than some other stores that offer comparable products BUT deals and coupons are available and the clearance section has a lot of merchandise to choose from. I was told by another customer that they will price match if you can show/tell them at checkout where the lower price is.

  Specialty selection of cat food is very good, but at just under $4 a can, it's a bit pricey for me. As much I'd like to, I can't feed mine prime rib on a hamburger budget. No wonder there were only three other people in the store, none of them buying pet food. A young man (25 to 30ish) asked if I needed help fairly soon after I arrived, and said to just let him know if I did, then disappeared and I never saw him again, though I searched the whole store, and even shouted into the back area. I found a woman up front and asked if she knew where I might find the item I was looking for, but she had no clue and was uninterested in helping me find it. Finally, I saw the youngest guy there walking by and asked him. He led me to a similar flavored item, but still not what I needed. Four strikes, so I can't imagine going back.

  There is this one guy that always seem to be there he’s African American, he has the best authentic customer service he works registers but carries himself as a member of management , he deserved recognition. I love this store❤️❤️

  I had a grooming appointment set for my dog at 12:15. I didn’t leave the parking lot out of fear of leaving her there and I noticed it took them an hour and a half almost 2 hours to even start her after me going in multiple times asking. The lady, I handed my dog too, said that The person that was supposed to be doing my dog was “running late“ … almost 2 hours. I go in again and my dog has been started at 145 Ish my dog sees me through the door and the girl who did my dog said that she was almost done She has to do the nail and buffing. When I finally get my dog, I go up to pay and I ask why my dog was started so late and that there was no point in even booking an appointment if she’s just going to sit in a kennel for most of the appointment time. That lady tried to Say That it doesn’t sound right and she would have to double check. After getting in the car, I realized my dogs toenails were not buffed. Just cut. And one of them was very, very rough. I finally call again and the girl that did my dog said that she doesn’t even get there until 1 o’clock and that she was still in school. What’s the point of making an appointment if my dog doesn’t even get seen until an hour and a half later? The girl that did my dog was very sweet. That’s not her fault, but it is a little ridiculous and then for her nails to not even be buffed and she was still wet. This was our first experience with a groomer ever, and it was not a good one
