  They have taken care of my baby for the past 3 years and I would NOT go anywhere else. Kina G is amazing in grooming!! I highly recommend!!!

  I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service at the Petco Madison location. The haircut they gave my dog was completely butchered and looks nothing like what was requested. On top of that, her coat now has what appears to be dandruff falling off, which was never an issue before the visit. Her ears were also not cleaned, and she smelled like she wasn’t even bathed at all, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a grooming service. What’s even more concerning is that I found two ticks on her after bringing her home. I was specifically told that if any ticks were found during grooming, they would treat her with flea and tick products, but that clearly did not happen. The most disrespectful part of the entire experience was how I was treated during pickup. One of the groomers held onto my dog and acted as if I wasn’t going to pay for the service, refusing to release her until payment was made. I’ve been to other Petco locations and have never been treated like that before. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the terrible grooming quality, lack of basic hygiene care, failure to address ticks, and unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
