It may be a great store, however, I would not choose to go back. I placed a curbside pick up for a dog crate. I received an email that it was ready and shortly after I received an email that it was picked up. When I arrived, I had been on the phone with an associate for 7 min while they were figuring out where my order was. They came back on and said someone picked it up. I said that I can see that...I received an email that it was. This is where I was about to walk out. I was asked several times if I had family or friend pick it up, told someone came in and asked for an order in my name, that this doesn't happen--never has happened. Someone I know must have...and I am trying to assume good intent here so I suggested there was a mix up and asked what now? I paid for a dog crate. There was one sitting there like the one I ordered and was told another customer placed that order. I suggested that perhaps that person was given mine but no, that does not happen. This was a young associate so I am being patient, more patient than most people. But at this point I am gathering a mistake was made and instead of taking responsibility, the blame was shifted to me. I am here defending myself, telling the associate that I have zero friends & family here. She is loading the other customers dog crate onto a cart and gestures for me to take it. I had to remind them that it was a curbside order and I am going to need help so they were kind enough to help. As we go outside to the back of my car I mentioned that they ought to check their cameras. I am suspecting an inside job at this point bc the clerk who gave my order to someone stated they gave my name when they came up to the counter. So, it was either the other dog crate customer they confused me with or someone who works there is running a scam and having someone they know pick up orders and reselling or returning them. That would be bold but the owners might want to look into that. When I pointed to my out of state tags, the associates eyes seemed to believe ME at this point and said that the associate who dispensed my order was new. I had the feeling she did was truly convinced that I had someone pick it up until we got to my car. The one thing she should have done differently is that she should have apologized for inferring I was lying. This may have been the 1st time this has ever happened, as she said, but that could have been discussed with her manager privately instead of having me defend myself. I never had full confidence that she believed me and I left thinking she needs customer service training and there are more stores in Ridgeland so if I needed anything else for my dog, I would not go back there. It was not that they made a mistake and gave my order away. It was the 3rd degree I received as if I was a thief.

Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to visit this location due to his attentiveness. Your company needs to review customer service at the Jackson location on 55. This was the third time going in that store and no one acknowledge my existence. Therefore I will not send any friends to the Jackson location. The Madison location has won my business.
