  We had an excellent experience with The Dog School at Lizzy’s Luxury Lodge and Daycare in Hernando, MS. Truly outstanding! The team took care of our foster pup Daphne over a two-week period. From the start, they took time to understand our dog’s challenging background, triggers, and goals, and built a clear, realistic plan. Their approach was patient, structured, and encouraging, and we saw steady improvements in manners, focus, and overall confidence. They communicated consistently, explained the “why” behind each exercise, and made sure we could replicate the techniques at home. The training sessions were well organized and tailored to what our foster dog needed most, rather than a one-size-fits-all program. They also gave us practical homework and simple routines that fit into daily life. By the end of the two weeks, our foster dog was calmer, more responsive, and noticeably easier to manage. We’re genuinely grateful for the progress they helped us achieve and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for effective, compassionate training. THANK YOU!!

  We have taken our boy hank up there for day care and to stay overnight and he has loved it. He comes home tired from playing every time. We have also used the groomer and have been impressed. He loves going everytime we take him

  We got Chief at 8 weeks old. He had that puppy energy, which was a lot for a couple of 50 somethings. So, we called The Dog School and met with Todd. We could tell from the first meeting that he was “the dog whisperer“. He came to our house and gave us basic training while Chief was still getting his puppy shots. Once Chief was able, we brought him to The Dog School for the two week advanced training. The trainers sent messages and videos, so we were able to follow his progress daily. Chief is still the same dog, but now he has the training, and we have the tools to control him and keep him safe. We want him to have the best life, and the training he got from Todd will do just that. I highly recommend their services. Your pup deserves it!

  My Sammi loves going to Lizzy’s. She attends daycare and has done the Board and Train Program. Todd and Faith did a fantastic job on her training. All the staff are wonderful!
