  Still cannot sell feeder fish. It has been a month at least.

  Have never been notified of product availability since initially ordered flea spray spray mist several weeks ago.

  Went there today to look at fish. Saw a purple tang and wanted to purchase but the fish couldn’t raise itself in the water which means it either has a bladder issue or it’s sick, possibly with a parasite. Either way, it’s an emergency to keep the fish alive yet it was not quarantined and was in a tank with numerous other clown fish. Then, as the lady was getting fish out for a customer, she pulls the fish out with the net and then grabs the fish while it’s in the net and squishes the net all against its gills and everything and tries to turn it over and starts to shake it out but it took a second because she grabbed it by the tail as it was trying to come out of the net. One person was in the fish section, we asked about the price for the fish and pointed at the fish in front of the person and they looked at it and said nothing about it and left it there. Then you had another employee not wanting to pull live mice out of the enclosure because a guy said he was going to feed it to their snake. Like I love animals and I 100% understand but you are there to do a job, not refuse to do it because you don’t agree with something. Then one other guy went to an employee and was asking if someone could check them out at the register and the person in the fish station said “yes but it’s going to be a minute, we are all busy and I’m getting fish” with attitude. There is also a fresh water tank with fish in it that is SUPER cloudy. Like overly so. Just not the standards I’d hope to see. Needless to say we didn’t and won’t be buying anything from this place.

  John and Emily were a huge help! Our dog was recently left paralyzed in an accident and we had to make several trips to and from the store as we discovered all the new things we would need for our little guy. We were able to get everything we needed and the staff made sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate them!
