  Very happy with the care of my diabetic cat. Loved the daily pics and notes of her activities as well as the audio from her room. Will definitely use Cattails again!

  Can’t say enough great things about this business, our cat truly seemed to have a relaxing and great time. The owner and staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, and clearly take great pride in the excellence service they provide. We also appreciated the daily updates throughout our cat’s stay as well. Will definitely be coming back!

  We are so lucky to have Cattails Lodge in our community! Our 2 cats have stayed there twice. You can choose which size and type of suite for them to stay in. They provide bowls and a water fountain bowl. We pack our own food. The owners privide an app and detailed updates once a day on your cat's stay. The app shows a live feed of your kitties hanging out in the suite. Cattails Lodge has great customer service and they really love their feline customers! The cherry on top is that the Lodge is extremely nice and clean. They have curated an amazing space for the cats to stay! Highly recommend it! 😺

  We couldn’t have asked for a better place to leave our cat while we were away. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that the team at Cattails truly loves and understands cats. The facility is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed to keep cats comfortable and relaxed. We received updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and when we picked our cat up, it was clear she had been well cared for and genuinely enjoyed her stay. It’s never easy leaving a pet behind, but Cattails made the experience completely stress-free. Kind people, exceptional care, and a place we trust without hesitation. We wouldn’t board our cat anywhere else and highly recommend Cattails to anyone looking for the very best care for their feline family member.

  Beyond excellent! I can't express how grateful I am for the Cattails Lodge team. I have a high-maintenance, always-on-the-go boy, and I was worried about how he would do during his stay. Juliana and the staff went above and beyond to make sure his needs were met, providing intentional enrichment and personalized attention every step of the way. My other boy is a bona fide "scaredy cat," and the staff took the time to make him feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. They communicated any questions or concerns promptly, and the live video stream, along with the daily photos and updates, gave me complete peace of mind while I was away.
