  Cattails is amazing! Sugar loved her big window and hanging out stalking birds and squirrels. She was well cared for. I really liked the cat cam to check on her whenever we wanted and daily updates. Highly recommend Cattails and will use again in figure.

  Cattails Lodge exceeded every expectation we had for a cat boarding facility. From the moment we dropped our cat off, it felt like we were leaving her with family rather than at a kennel. The staff sent regular updates—photos, notes, and little moments that showed how much they truly cared. Knowing we could check in anytime made our two‑week trip completely stress‑free. The space itself is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and full of enrichment that kept our cat happy and engaged. It’s clear they’ve created an environment where cats can relax, play, and feel safe. I’m endlessly grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Cattails Lodge is a gem.

  Got daily updates and used the live feed camera many times to checkup on our kitty. He stayed with cattails for over a week and we will absolutely be using them again ❤️
