They refused to see our dog, even with Dr Falls and the other doctor standing right next to us. It was devastating to be turned away from a Dr you've trusted for so long. We then went to Troy Vet Clinic and they agreed to treat him immediately, regardless of their schedule. We appreciate them, their kind staff and great Dr. They are now our vet.
