  When I purchased something from your store and say thank you at the end of a transaction uh-huh Is not an appropriate response. Saying you’re welcome should be included when you are training new employees. People who are looking for kitten formula are generally rescuing kittens you would think your price would at least be somewhat competitive with Walmart, which is right next-door and we’ll all be going

  Super friendly employees who seem to really enjoy seeing all the animals. I was grateful to them for offering to help carry a heavy bag to the car when my hands were full.

  Usually our grooming appointments go very well here- the stylists we get are very attentive and kind. Our dog Darcy has extreme anxiety- he is a rescue and comes from an abusive breeder. We have been very clear about his anxiety, and the grooming staff is usually great with him. He’s received compliments about how good he is with them before. On Aug 29, we had a groomer who we’d never had before (Clay). From the get go, he was rough with our dog, pinning him to the floor to inspect him. It rubbed us the wrong way, but we decided to let it go because Darcy was extremely fluffy and was uncomfortable in the heat. Once we picked Darcy up, Clay was quick to point out to us that he was “matted head to toe”, which was blatantly untrue. He also stated that Darcy tried to bite when he worked on him. (And he claimed he nicked Darcy’s foot because of this). He is far too anxious to ever try and bite. He will simply hide/cower. Clay also chastised us for not taking the time to clean the tear stains from Darcy’s face, which we try to do every day. Bichons are prone to allergies, hence the weepy eyes. He also just straight up forgot to bring us Darcy’s leash and harness. We were then charged for two de-matting sessions for a dog that wasn’t matted. The last straw is how Darcy has acted since we arrived home. He is TERRIFIED. He is glued to myself and my husband, shakes, cries, refuses to be out of our laps for more than a minute. Our dog is traumatized, thanks a lot, Clay. We will NEVER be back.
