- JBJulie BallardAug 4, 20265.0I am not 100% satisfied with customer service when I have an issue but I am not blaming the entire store or company because of 1 employee. I placed an online order and the delivery person did not bring all of my order. When I called the store the person that answered said the rest of your order is here but that I would have to try and get ahold of the delivery service, Door Dash and then immediately hung up. My problem with that response is I ordered it within Petco’s app and I don’t have an account with Door Dash. So I had to pay $30 more to take an Uber to get the items that they didn’t ensure the delivery service grabbed everything.
