- JSJason Schwab2 days ago1.0I've shopped at Petco for my last time. Customer service is next to impossible to reach. I just paid $30 in delivery fees for an order that I can't cancel. It supposed to be free same day delivery, but now I'm waiting for 2 days for the most important item. With a business run this poorly they have no right to my money. Also t he cat selection at this location is depressing.
