- ACalyssa cano6 days ago1.0This Banfield is always trying to make me come in unnecessarily for appointments. They refuse to fill my prescription for my dog mango because he “hasn’t been seen in a year” … this was after they confirmed his last med check appointment was less than a year ago and confirmed that the policy is that they have to see him yearly. I have already found another vet that is way better. I recommend Webster Animal Hospital to those who are frustrated with this vet. As someone who has been coming here for YEARS I was blown away by Websters service in comparison to the service I have been receiving here.
- AWAster WillowAug 20, 20261.0I signed up for the optimum plan or w/e they call it back when i moved here in 2024. had a couple appointments and all was well. had an appointment in december of 2025, thought my plan was still active. went in, got my dog her vaccinations, was told theres no charge and all is well. theyve been hounding me for months that i owe them $700 since then for auto renewal of my plan, auto renewal that i didn't sign up for. theyd call, id answer, and the auto machine would say to call them. id then call with no response. then theyd email me about how much i owe them and theyre automatically renewing my plan, and theyve sent debt collectors after me. their business practices seem shady, and this entire fiasco means i won't ever recommend them to anyone since they're not upfront and honest about things and just expect you to deal with it when they don't tell you anything.

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
