I had an urgent matter with one of my dogs and they weren’t even in the office. I pay them how much to take care of my animals and they can’t even do that. Now I have to take her to an emergency clinic and pay even more!!

- BWBonnie WadeFeb 4, 20251.0Baited with a free ($78) 1st visit head to tail exam which by the way was never performed in front of me. Vet didn't address anything I had told the tech I was concerned about. I mentioned my dog had a growth/bump on the back of his neck around where his collar is located. Vet didn't know anything about the bump (which you would think would show up during a head to tail exam. When I mentioned it they couldn't find it either. I found it for them. The bill still was $140 after the $78 was deducted. Basically it was for a rabies shot and a UTI (urine test) & medicine. To be fair everyone was very nice. The tech listened to me & made notes.
