    We have been bringing our dog here for grooming for the past 14 months, solely because our groomer, Jada, always did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the management and corporate policies have forced us to find a new salon. During her last couple of visits, our dog accidentally peed by the register upon pickup. Instead of being understanding, the staff simply pointed to the cleaning spray and paper towels and told me to clean it up, not too big of a deal. On her last visit, the grooming took over six hours. When I asked if dogs are given bathroom break during such long stays, I was told it is against corporate policy. Concerned about the well-being of the animals, I called corporate to politely suggest they reconsider this policy for pets left there for extended periods. Instead of taking the feedback, Petco chose to retaliate. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment today, Jada had to inform us that corporate had canceled our appointment and blacklisted our dog from being groomed because they "weren't comfortable" anymore and feared "other issues could arise." It is deeply disappointing that a massive pet care company would ban a loyal customer simply for questioning a policy that keeps dogs crated for six hours without a bathroom break. If they are this defensive over a basic question about animal welfare, it makes you wonder what else they are trying to hide. Take your pets elsewhere.

    Everytime I go up here to buy mealworms or super worms and even horn worms there all dead and only a few are alive in each container. I bought one pack of hornworms and they all seemed very alive only one survived the other 4 died the day after. Same with the super/meal worms all of them are dead at the top and there like 6 alive in a container when it’s a 50count,100count. Literally a waste of money to buy something that won’t even last a week. Any of the other petcos I go to have way better selection and there all ALIVE n not dead. Please if you’re going to be a pet store make sure you get insects that aren’t already dead and try to sell them. Do better.

    I had a very concerning experience with this clinic. I was not told during her original visit what to expect post procedure or given a clear explanation for why the procedure was recommended. I called later with follow up questions, regarding new symptoms and what signs indicated the procedure was necessary. The veterinarian Dr. Arnet became defensive, said he didn’t understand my questions, accused me of implying wrongdoing, and then stated he was uncomfortable speaking with me before hanging up the phone on me. I called back and spoke with the manager Elizabeth, who dismissed my concerns and told me I would need to pay for a follow up visit if I wanted further evaluation, even though my concerns were about issues that arose after the initial treatment. I understand that medical opinions can differ, but professionalism, clear communication, and basic respect should not. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported, and I will be seeking care elsewhere.
