- EAE ArOct 3, 20261.0Had the WORST customer service ever. The lady at the counter made me wait for 10 minutes at the counter and tried to reschedule when I was already there and they were chatting in the back. I returned the phone call and you could hear in the speakers that there was an incoming call. Well, that was me, to let them know that I was already there. Then she refused to take my dog in, saying I needed a rabies certificate, I provided the vaccination card and records and apparently that was not enough. As if someone would be walking around with a dog with rabies even though the person has provided the vaccination card with the previous vaccination records! I even provided the one from January 2026! Worst customer service ever, never coming back to that location and super rude personnel with an attitude whatsoever.
- LFLance FranzJun 30, 20262.0Bearded dragons look unkept, and not taken care of. The substrate isn't healthy for them either. There's mealworms in their enclosure which isnt healthy for young/baby beardies either. Crickets are in the enclosure dead as well.
