  My dog sat in a cage for an hour because they didn’t even bother to give me a call or even tell me she was done. I sat there for an HOUR while they gave other people their dogs to tell me “they didn’t see me” when I sat right infront of the grooming station. I’m very very upset with my experience. If you want someone reliable that will tell you when your dog is done, don’t go here.

  I have came in several times as I spend hundreds of dollars in this store and I am upset about Leo and this has been more than 5 times. He is Very rude and unwelcoming and he makes me feel like I should choose a different place to purchase my pet food from now on.

  With have cricket shortages they did not sort the size.. it was a rip off.. small, medium, and large all together charged for large, and she was rude and crabby to be dealing with cricket and people...but the gentle men at checkout was awesome..

  I have always had great grooming at this location. Tony is not only an amazing groomer, he is also kind and so caring to my dog. Recently I was not able to book Tony and someone else groomed my pet. He did a great job all but listening to the request given to shave the bottom of her paws, this is something I always ask for, so not a new request. For future reference, this is a point that is important to me. Thank you.
