Asked an employee and had no clue, Asked another employee and was told was off the clock and couldn't help me, Asked a third employee and was told there inventory must be off. No one wanted to assist. Will not be back.
- AVApril VanderhyeJun 27, 20263.0FYI for anyone who is thinking of getting the petco vital care membership for their pet: once you become a member you will have a 12 month commitment and will be told that you cannot cancel it before then. They will not make this known when signing up for it in store. This definitely is a standard practice for things like this, but just because it is standard does not make it ok.

- SRShe Rates!Jun 24, 20264.0Staff is helpful. Pet selection seems good. It's fun to look through. Some of the pet care is questionable. We enjoy coming in, and feel welcomed and comfortable with the staff offering help. Overall, a good location for a Petco. (i.e for a national company).
