  Super bummed, I made an appointment last week for this morning at 10, and no one was there. They'd closed their business and not notified me. Things happen, I wouldn't have been bothered if they would've just called and told me they were closing.

  Disgusting environment, the stench hit you like a brick wall the minute you walk in the door. The lady I made an appointment with was not there with no explanation and took over an hour to communicate with me. One dog had a horrible cut, the other dog came home dirtier than when I dropped him off. Super unprofessional. Never again, complete rip off.

  I had a terrible experience here my standard poodle came home choppy and still had matting right on top of his head. They never answer my phone calls and it took over 7 hours to groom him. It's also the first time my poodle has not been blow dried and given that super soft fluff in 4 years. Why did I pay you guys over 100 dollars? Very unprofessional. Oh and he had a hang nail that was bothering him overall I've never been so angry when getting my dog groomed

  My first time grooming my dog and by far the best I am shocked I will definitely be back and recommend anybody needing their pet groom to visit this location it is by far the best and reasonably priced
