  Absolutely love this place! I went in there a couple weeks ago after I found an abandoned hamster in a bucket of ice melt at one of the apartment buildings on my mail route. The poor little guy had nothing. I'm a hamster lover but haven't had one for almost 30 years. I was desperate and in a hurry to get this guy in a safe environment. They were so helpful, friendly and full of info! They immediately provided me with a box to put the hamster in to get him out of the bucket of ice melt. I was in and out of that store in less than 20 min with everything I would need to care for this little guy. I went back in today and they remembered i was the lady with a hamster in a bucket.! I was shocked! I had more questions and they were so helpful again. I cannot praise this store enough! They also helped me find a good toy for my dog that demolishes toys like they are made of paper. If you are a fellow animal lover I highly suggest them as a store. If you are a new pet owner and have questions, this is the place to go! After just 2 visits, I have a happy healthy hamster that is living his best life in his hamster mansion! Thank you to the employees that went above and beyond to be helpful!

  No one greets you, limited animals, they seemed put out to be there.

  There was a green fish tank, smells bad, and animals do not look like they are cared for at all. One mouse cage light was broke (that they hold the mice in to sell them in).
