  I really didn’t think the fish people were very friendly. It’s as if we were bothering them to help us but their fish! and when I asked how much each fish was, she was very Kurt and told me my codes were on the scrap paper she handed me and would ring up at the cash register, so I had no idea what I was about to pay. On the other hand, the cashier was delightful👍

  I would give PetCo 0 stars if possible, bcuz I KNOW how you treat your employees. Management MOVES THEIR MERCH MONTHLY to hide the fact that all of their cat food is the same. MEAN and punitive to employees. Sneaky and dishonest with customers. Due to EVER CHANGING cat food, and the IMPOSSIBILITY of FINDING ANYTHING IN THAT STORE without preparing for BOOT CAMP, I will be buying my cat food online from now on. Too bad, so sad. Pet Co has lost my business and that of my family's. My family lives in 5 states, and we all have cats and dogs.

  Website is not user friendly or functional. I have tried to log in several times and having to request a password re-set is an exercise in futility. I NEVER get an email to perform the password change. Nothing in the in box or spam. I was cautioned against setting up a new account by an employee who acknowledged that they also had this same problem.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Unhappy with whoever made the decision to stop selling my cats favorite food (Weruva Mack and Jack) at the store,but is still available online. Makes no sense to force your local shopping customers to shop online. I try to shop locally to help with my local community and employees that live here locally.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee that claims she was the manager, Eli. Not only was said person unwelcoming, the person refused to help and kept repeating she couldn’t sell me any of the fish I wanted to buy. Very unfortunate experience. I definitely will not be coming back to petco due to this event. I recommend providing a customer service guide for the employees that are lacking in character
