  They are always so gentle with our pets and listen to our needs. No one is every pushy and they really seem to care. ♡

  Extremely overpriced and do not seem to even care about the animals. I have come here for literally decades, for a few years I moved away and my pets went to a different vet, but when we came back to ofallon I brought them here again. They used to really seem to love your pets like their own, now all they care about is money. They come in the room, don’t even acknowledge the animals just start telling you how much it is, and literally making you prove you can pay before they do anything. It was kind of insulting, especially because I have come here for so long. Unfortunately I will have to find a new vet, sad that this place has gone so downhill.

  The team at Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital was incredibly attentive and compassionate when I brought Duncan in. They continued checking in on him after the visit because he was still struggling to eat. Thankfully, Duncan has recovered, is eating normally again, and is back to his energetic self!

  Such a great vet team! From the front desk staff to the Doctors and techs, everyone here is great with our dogs. My dogs love them and they are so well taken care of. The compassion and care they showed for our dogs at end of life was exceptional. And they are caring for our new pup just as well. Highly recommend Dr Jen and her staff and the other docs.
