And then when I called for information years later, the staff spent twenty minutes trying to dig up info to help with my dog’s care, with nothing to gain for themselves. Thank you Lee’s Summit Vetco!

- TTturquoiseJun 2, 20265.0well this was yesterday (6/1) but especially today (6/2). yesterday i brought Macie in because of her breathing troubles and i was already crying. the entire team was so comforting and supportive. i felt hopeful for my pup and was glad to have some answers. unfortunately macie worsened and despite ER efforts, she passed in my arms this morning. it was horribly painful. i called Vetco and the fact that the tech i spoke to (i can’t remember her name but thank you so much) got emotional with me over my pup really let me know that i picked the right place. i wouldn’t want macie to be in any other places’ hands. i got to the vetco and Jay and Ambriah (i hope i spelled it right!) came to the car to grab my pup. they were so sincere and genuine and they both give the absolute most healing hugs, i swear. when they both hugged me before i left it really really means so much to me. i will carry that moment with me for the rest of my life. i really needed that and im so grateful they both were there to support me through this. losing my pup of 15 years like this was so traumatic and i don’t know if i could’ve handled it without the support of this Vetco team. i am so serious. i am eternally grateful to all of you. thank you, thank you, thank you infinitely. xx turq
