- RDR & DJun 26, 20261.0This is my 4th time coming here and it's been a hit or miss. But due to this experience I give it a one star overall. Paid full price for a bath and extra de-shed, like usual. However, I think they forgot the "de-shed" part because while driving home with the windows down her fur got EVERYWHERE. When she got home I inspected her. She smelt like wet dog and, her nails, again, were not trimmed. (I've called about this issue before but no one reached back out). Her under belly was matted as if she wasn't dried all the way. Worst part is - they nicked her neck while trimming her and didn't say anything about it to my hubs at checkout. She swung away from me as I was trying to pet her and as she turned to the side I saw the wound. She overall was agitated and acted traumatized from the experience. My poor dog :'( I brushed her out for about 5 minutes when she got home, which is all she allowed me to do. (Attaching photo). Lastly, I have a newborn in the house. I wanted the space to remain clean but now I have loose fur everywhere. Not sure if anyone else understands but just booking this appointment took a lot of time & effort. Now Im dealing with this aftermath, it's been a headache.
