  Such a great experience. Was able to schedule an appt quickly. Staff went the extra mile to make sure my new puppy was comfortable and had a good experience. Would recommend to any pet owner in Downtown KC.

  Great service and detailed explanation for your pets needs, what makes them stand out is the follow up phone calls to insure everything is okay with your pet.

  My experience with them has been lovely so far. Our first appointment was great and they seemed very knowledgeable about how to work with cat behaviors. There were 3 people in the room to help my kitty and they made sure to be gentle with her and give her treats and a Feliway blanket during her appointment. When I got home, I realized my other cat was sick and they were able to reschedule him for the next business day and provided some advice over the phone. Before doing any treatment, they asked for my consent and gave me a cost estimate which was so helpful. They’re located right on the streetcar - this might help some people with accessibility (not sure if you can bring pets on the streetcar tho). Overall, 5 stars from me

  We have been going to Union Hill Animal Hospital for over eight years, and I cannot say enough good things about their team. One of my dogs has severe vet anxiety, and they have always treated him with so much care, patience, and understanding. They take the time to work with him and make sure he feels as comfortable as possible. I now have three dogs, and they all go to Union Hill because I trust them completely. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the animals they serve. Highly recommend. Option 3 — Shorter Google-style review We’ve been taking our dogs to Union Hill Animal Hospital for over eight years. One of my dogs has severe vet anxiety, and they are always patient, caring, and willing to work with him. Now all three of my dogs go there, and the team is consistently amazing. We trust them completely. Highly recommend.

  I can’t say enough good things about this vet office. The staff is always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make me feel rushed or judged for asking questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable vet.
