  We have found Union Hill to be great in all respects. The vets and technicians are knowledgeable, very competent, and kind. The services aren't cheap, but then no vet is these days (and I would be suspicious if they were). Plus, they are very understanding and will work with you.

  We’ve been to many veterinarians as we have moved all around the country with our 15 year old cat. This office has been by far the best. They are patient but efficient. They explain things thoroughly and really show they care. They are thorough but not trying to overcharge you. They’re not trying to hurry you out the door. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I've brought two dogs to Union Hill over the past four years and have been mostly satisfied with their care. The hours are convenient and the staff helpful with routine matters. They've treated a lot of stuff for my dogs and are somewhat reasonably priced. But I wish they had better responses to emergencies. I knew they were not an emergency vet, but their level of unhelpfulness when one of my dogs was struggling to breathe last year was frustrating, to make a long, traumatic story short. But I returned for routine care, since any other option was inconvenient for my schedule. So as long as you recognize their limitations, it's a solid option.

  From the moment I called to schedule my cat Tyler's appointment, Allie was incredibly kind and went above and beyond with her customer service. When we came in, Dr. Williams and vet tech Raven were absolutely amazing with Tyler. They were transparent about the issues he was having, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel like I was being sold something unnecessary. It was so clear that they genuinely cared about his health and wellbeing. What meant the most to me was how patient and compassionate they were with Tyler. He was so comfortable with them, and they made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and reassuring for both of us. After our appointment, Dr. Williams personally reached out with Tyler's lab results and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including his diagnosis and treatment options. Having such a clear treatment plan and knowing they were there to answer questions meant so much to me. I truly cannot speak more highly of this team. Their kindness, compassion, and the genuine care they showed my cat Tyler have made Union Hill Animal Hospital my go-to vet, and I am so grateful to have found them.
