- NCNancy ChanceJul 1, 20262.0I have always had good service at Petco on Vivion in North KC where I occasionally take my dogs in for nail trims. Today my smaller dog was a little difficult because the groomer (Jenna) was yanking his leg and then began yelling at him so I was disappointed. Yanking his leg and yelling at him wasn't helping him to relax and cooperate. I did talk to the manager to let her know how unhappy I was and she assured me she would follow up.
