  I love that you can go in to show these babies some love but I don't like how expensive they are to own especially in today's economy! Drop the prices so more people can adopt these precious babies.. Not everyone is rich

  This store is ridiculous. The first time I made an appointment for grooming the store manager was 25 minutes late opening the store. The groomer couldn't even get in. This time, I made an appointment a week ago. We arrived 15 minutes early, store again not open. When the manager arrived a few minutes late. We go in and go to grooming counter. A sign said check in at front. So back to front. The manager says oh hold on. He leaves, comes back 10 minutes later and declares. "We don't have any groomers scheduled for today, sorry." He asked if I had the right store. I read him my confirmation and assured him that it was. He said, "Well, we don't have anyone, so try another store." I said to him that his attitude was like "I should have known this". His response, nothing. No apology ever, no offer to call another store, NOTHING. So I called the Liberty store, the groomer their apologized profusely, said she was short a groomer but had come in early and invited to come right away and she would get our dog in. That was service. We will no longer use the Barry Road location even though it is 20 minutes closer to home because of the attitude we received. I feel bad for the groomers there as it is not their fault that the person running the place or whomever he was can't get to work in time and has the worst customer service. I am fed up with stores not training their people. You want us to use your technology to obtain services, but don't update it, then the face to face service is rude, and unhelpful. So you no longer get my business, period.

  Extremely rude man that works here pranced around like he was a princess and tried to talk down to me when my puppy that had just had shots got loose. Nearly belligerent, and then pranced back off as if he owned the place. She is a baby pug and wasn’t going to hurt anyone
