  Several staff members were very helpful with helping me to find specific products, educating about differences as well as helping carry heavy bag of litter and informing of shopping cart to get items to parking lot/car which I did not know about and could not find on my own!😊👍

  I found everything I needed in the store, and staff was cordial. My only gripe with this location is that they are letting the outside go. The landscaping is overgrown and ragged even to the point where weeds are growing out of the crevices even at the door entrance. Please clean it up and beautify so our neighborhood doesn’t become more blighted.

  I needed help finding some cat food and Naomi was the one to help me, she was super caring about my cats and what I was looking for. She referred to them as “babies” which showed how much she seemed to care about my cats and had a lot of helpful recommendations on what I should get. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, I will be coming back.

  The AC in my car broke down during a heatwave, and I had to pull in as it was the nearest place I knew would allow pets. Not only did they allow them time to rest, Naomi went above and beyond in every capacity, acting like an angel to help them cool down and recover. This place is run by people who love animals, and it shows in every action. I could not recommend this place more
