    0 stars if I could. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional vet office in my life. I have paid $68.35 every single month for the past year, PLUS over $1,000 to get my dog fixed, and the treatment I’ve received has been absolutely ridiculous. Every single appointment I have ever scheduled has been rescheduled by them. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Somehow the excuse is always that “the doctor has to leave early.” How does that happen EVERY TIME? Why even let people book appointments if you clearly can’t manage your schedule? The customer service is horrible. The front desk staff acts like you’re invisible when you walk in — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. The communication is terrible and nobody seems to know what’s going on. The nurses are completely unhelpful and never have answers to basic questions. And on top of all of this, after already paying for treatment for my dog’s ear infection, they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $53 just to “check her ears” for a follow-up. This place is a nonstop money pit. Every visit somehow turns into another charge, another fee, and another problem. For the amount of money they charge, you would expect professionalism and competent care, but instead it’s constant rescheduling, rude staff, and frustration. This place has caused me more stress than anything. I genuinely regret spending so much money here and would never recommend Banfield Pet Hospital to anyone. Do better.

    I cannot say enough good things about Banfield Pet Hospital and the incredible care they gave my baby, Tchotchke. ❤️ Friday morning turned into one of the scariest mornings I’ve had as a dog mom. She was dehydrated, lethargic, and clearly not feeling well, and I was an absolute nervous wreck bringing her in for emergency care. From the moment we arrived, the staff was reassuring, compassionate, and genuinely kind to both of us. Not only did they help get her back on the upswing physically after her tummy troubles and dehydration, but I truly believe her stay with them helped her emotionally too. Somehow, in less than 8 hours, they completely changed how she views being kenneled. Before, a kennel meant “mommy is leaving.” Now, it seems to signal safety, comfort, and feeling better. Since coming home, she has made huge strides with crate training, and I know her experience with them played a huge part in that. Every single person there treated Tchotchke like she was their absolute favorite dog in the world, and as a pet parent, that means everything. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my girl and for calming me down through one of the hardest days. We are so grateful. 🐾
