  The fish in this place are SO abused! There are countless dead fish in tanks that say “under observation”. Not only that they ARENT CLEANING THEM OUT. and sentencing the fish that are still in there to death because of all the decay. I came to leave this review to hopefully have someone help the poor fish that are still alive in these tanks to see that FOUR MONTHS ago someone else posted this exact same thing. And it’s in the exact same situation. Not only that there are multiple tanks with 0 water movement which is absolutely horrible for the fish. This is just straight up ANIMAL ABUSE. It’s like they aren’t fixing the water at all and continuously killing all these fish. Absolutely insane. This aquatic department needs to be SHUT DOWN.

  I really like this store and the variety of products. The employees are helpful when you need them. Also got a free sample of dogfood, I like free stuff 😂

  I went straight to the shelves with the Acana wet cat food, picked up the last 6 cans and checked out. I didn't have any problems at all.

  There's a line forming. When a gentleman asked if a young lady works here she said "yes, but there's only two people in the store and there's other things to be done" and I think she said she was the only one who could work the register. The gentleman was confused and just said "okay..." it looked like she was getting a pick up order together that took priority over the line. We wanted flea medication, we brought up the cards for the medicine we wanted. She said I don't think we have them, you can look in there (pointing to the locked cabinet where they keep the flea medication). I was fed up at that point, implying to the gentleman his business wasn't important and that I should do her job and look for the products I need. I guess if I'm doing your job, you can go home and I'll just collect your paycheck. I needed 6 flea products and left with zero. We bought what we needed somewhere else for much cheaper and better customer service. Edit: Please note this review was written in real-time.
