When the ashes were back they didn’t even call me to tell me they were in. I also got a puppy and I was calling to get an appointment for her scheduled shots and she told me the first available appointment and I asked if it was OK for us to wait that long and she proceeded to tell me well that’s the first available I have which I understand but that wasn’t answering my question, just professionalism is lacking in my opinion.
