- MOM OdonnellMay 12, 20261.0I called in 4/30 because my lab swallowed a foreign object. The Vet said to give her hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting. I asked if I could bring her in, instead. They said they had a shot to induce vomiting but couldn't see her, too busy and she would likely pass it on her own. I gave her hydrogen peroxide but she did not vomit. Now its May 12th and she vomited and Im worried. I called back and they told me to take her to an er vet. I told them I was upset because I had called as soon as it happened and they refused to see her. The girl hung up on me. I wonder why people go into this business when they don't actually care about the well being of animals.
